Did Bang Si-hyuk attend the New Jinse concert or not?

They must have once tried to become the person each other needed. However, why did Bang Si-hyuk and Min Hee-jin end up like this? The attacks towards Bang Si-hyuk from Min Hee-jin, who positions herself as the mother figure of New Jinse, are intensifying. She seems to be positioning herself as the underdog and stirring up public opinion. Initially, Min Hee-jin's chaotic press conferences trended to the point of gaining public support, but as her true intentions were revealed one by one, public sentiment became uncertain. Meanwhile, involving children (New Jinse) in adult fights continues to furrow brows.

In the public eye, Min Hee-jin is dubbed as the 'mother of New Jinse'. In other words, she is perceived as the one who created New Jinse, but the reality is subtle. The birth of an idol group involves the most crucial and difficult task of finding and nurturing young talents. It's akin to giving birth to a child and sending them to daycare in the course of life. Regardless, it's clear that this is the most important and challenging task in the birth of an idol.

When Bang Si-hyuk scouted Min Hee-jin into HYBE and entrusted her with New Jinse, some former managers at the old Big Hit might have swallowed their tears. These figures invested everything in the inception of the girl group New Jinse. Bang Si-hyuk silenced their complaints with the statement, "Min Hee-jin will raise New Jinse well." One was right, and the other was wrong. Min Hee-jin did raise New Jinse well, but now she is cursing Bang Si-hyuk with poisonous remarks as if to take advantage.

While adults fight, the children worked. At New Jinse's fan meeting at Tokyo Dome on June 26-27, over 91,000 spectators attended. Their Tokyo Dome debut after just 1 year and 11 months is the shortest record for overseas artists. It's a great achievement for the five girls aged between 16 and 20.

However, these innocent girls had to become sacrificial lambs in the fandom fight sparked by adults. On June 24, just before the Tokyo Dome performance, a threatening post targeting New Jinse appeared on an online community, alarming fans. How terrified were the parties involved?

This reminds me of the judgment of Solomon. When two women claimed the same baby as their own, Solomon suggested cutting the baby in half. Naturally, the birth mother stepped back in tears. The sincerity for the child comes not from manipulation but from deep within the heart. Now, using New Jinse to involve them in the mudslinging does not make Min Hee-jin appear righteous, despite her grievances against Bang Si-hyuk.

Amidst this, there were articles pointing out Bang Si-hyuk's absence at New Jinse's Tokyo Dome concert. There's a nuance that Bang Si-hyuk appeared clumsy. However, Bang Si-hyuk has stated in previous interviews with the mainstream media, "I do not attend events and performances related to artists unless formally requested. If I attend, won't the members feel psychological pressure or act according to my wishes?"

There's an old saying that no finger is so painful that you won't bite it off. HYBE has grown into a huge entertainment company with attached subsidiaries, but the future of each individual's growth affects the group. With attacks that Bang Si-hyuk maltreated New Jinse, I wonder what he can say. Should he say, "I enjoy sacrificing myself"? He previously emphasized to HYBE executives, "Except for directly overseeing albums and contents prepared by the label, I do not request or actually review them."

If Bang Si-hyuk had attended New Jinse's performance, wouldn't he have made the situation more difficult for the children already suffering from adult fights? Also, Min Hee-jin initially instigated this incident by insinuating, "Bang Si-hyuk didn't even greet New Jinse." Naturally, fan sentiments were angry, and Bang Si-hyuk was cornered. For now, it's best for a good management decision to focus on not causing any more damage to HYBE's treasure amidst the burning house.

Min Hee-jin said, "Let's move on to a chapter for everyone." But can we really move on with a logic of "I hit you once, you hit me once, so it's over"? Too many people have been hurt. In any case, the wounds inadvertently inflicted on New Jinse are significant. It's a regrettable situation.
